Replaced manual reordering with a system that calculates demand instead of estimating it.

Electric Fleet from 0 to 1,500
Ran the fleet and its operations for an all-electric car-sharing service in Berlin — and built the tools that kept it running remotely, around the clock: every car's condition and charge in view, availability kept high, the field team sent to exactly the cars that needed them.

How I think
Automate before you hire.
If a process can be eliminated or automated, don't scale the manual work.
Operations is a product.
Processes get designed, shipped, measured and iterated — not just executed.
AI is an operating layer, not a feature.
The opportunity isn't bolting a chatbot onto old workflows. It's redesigning how the work gets done.
Numbers first, narrative second.
Decisions come from data that's actually clean. Everything else is opinion.
